TELEPHONE
To book a private consultation call 0800 6-12-0-886 and speak to someone at our call
centre. Our call centre is open 24 hours a day and you can arrange an out patient
appointment with them directly. You can also leave a message with them which your
plastic surgeon will see. The call centre is open 24 hours, but bookings for clinic
appointments can only be made during office hours (till 8pm daily).
You may also call the Glasgow Nuffield Hospital to book directly with the clinic staff if you prefer to be invoiced for your consultation. For an appointment at Ross Hall Hospital, please ask your GP for a referral.
PRIVACY AND CANCELLATION POLICY.
If you book your appointment by phoning the call centre your credit card will be charged to secure your appointment. Please note that you may rebook your consultation at any time up to the day of your appointment, however, the booking fee is non refundable. The consultation fee is for the time you have booked with the surgeon who will give his opinion to you on how he thinks your problem may best be managed. If you are unhappy with the opinion, please note you have paid for the surgeon's time and not for him to do something he feels he cannot do for you. Also, we will need your credit card details at the time of booking, but we will not keep your card details on file, nor will they be used for anything other than to book your appointment. The details will not, for example, be shared with any third party. We use PayPal's business services for this transaction.

You may email office@shoaib.co.uk with your requirements. Please remember to include your name, address, date of birth, GP name, GP address, and contact telephone numbers (mobile and landline) so that we may include your appointment in our diary. We will email you, call you or write to you with a confirmed date and time. Please note that email is not a secure method of contacting the plastic surgeon, though, and confidential information should not be included in emails. |

| GP referral |
Your GP may refer you either to the Nuffield Hospital or Ross Hall Hospital for a private appointment or to the NHS hospitals for a consultation. You may wish to personally phone the Nuffield Hospital to make an appointment, on 0141-334 9441. For appointments at Ross Hall please call 0141-810 3151, once you have received a GP referral letter. There may be a consultation fee.
A GP letter letter is required for all insurance based consultations. Please remember to bring your insurance details with you, including any membership numbers or authorisation numbers you may have been given. Your insurance policy may include an excess for any treatment. You will be billed for any shortfalls and it is your responsibility to make sure your insurance company will cover the treatments we perform. |
